I've taken several of these courses and this was similar to others. I didn't have any issues until the time came for the final exam. When I was going through the questions it was scrolling smoothly and I was answering with no issues. When it came time to submit, I click Submit and it started scoring my exam. I passed with a high score but I wanted to see what I got wrong because I was pretty confident. When I checked my answers I notice several NEW questions with no responses from me. I was upset because I wasn't given the chance to answer these questions and now they were marked wrong, bringing down my score. A total of 8 questions were marked wrong for NO RESPONSE. Why were these questions not on the test? Why does the system allow you to submit an incomplete test? The only thing this actually affects is my pride but its really irritating to spend 8 hours on a course and then be cheated out of an accurate score. Very poor design flaw. I notified my employer and sent screenshots as evidence and I doubt they'll be using this company in the future.
